November 24, 2011.

We're here. The short version......no wind, 24 hour 160 nautical mile motorsail, pitch dark, almost killed by a new boater who couldn't successfully fall over Niagara Falls in a barrel, went through Customs & Immigration by 0900, Thanksgiving dinner with friends, found that my asshole magnet still works, huge dockside argument w/ previously mentioned neophyte who then ran and sent security down to the boat because I was “mean” to him. Lol. Hope your holiday was good too.

Sad state of affairs when the entire freaking ocean isn't big enough to escape all of the idiots that rome our world. It is hard to believe that as gentle a soul as yourself hurt his itty bitty feelings though...did you get him a new diaper and call his Mommy for him?

Nassau is an easy check in but you gotta pay for a slip. After the check in there is room to move out to anchor.

Lucaya is the same but a little more picturesque. Anchoring is tough here. Bad weather hits and you could be paying for a slip for a week.

Morgans Bluff has no slips but check in has taken us a few hours in the past as you have to wait for agent to drive out to you from the airport.

They all have plusses and drawbacks....

J&G...we'll have to compare magnet stories and see who has a bigger draw...
